3. Application Procedure

(a) You can obtain or download the “S1 Admission Application Form (Discretionary Places)” from our school, and submit the following in person during office hours between 2 January 2026 and 16 January 2026:

(i) A completed “S1 Admission Application Form (Discretionary Places)”

(ii) The original “Application Form for Secondary One Discretionary Place” issued by the Education Bureau  (including the three connected parts: “EDB’s Copy,” “School’s Copy,” and “Parent’s Copy”)

(iii)Copies of Primary Five and Primary Six report cards (no need to submit primary school recommendation letters)

(iv) Original and copy of identification documents(e.g. Hong Kong birth certificate / Hong Kong permanent identity card / Document of Identity for Visa Purposes / Permit for Proceeding to Hong Kong and Macao(One-way Permit) and Notification Slip for Entry Visa / Permit)

Our school will stamp the “Application Form for Secondary One Discretionary Place” with the school chop upon receival of your application form.

(b) Parents can also submit their application electronically through the eSSPA platform and upload the relevant document copies as instructed. There is no need to upload the “Application Form for Secondary One Discretionary Place” issued by the Education Bureau.

4. Arrangement for Interview

All applicants will have the opportunity for an interview. Interview notification letters will be sent out after receival of application. Applicants and their parents should attend the interview at the designated time on 14 March 2026 (Saturday). The interview date cannot be changed. If you wish to change the interview time, please call the school office on or before 27 February 2026 (Friday). The school will do its best to accommodate requests based on the actual situation.

5. Notification Arrangement for Accepted Students

Our school will notify all accepted students’ parents in writing and by phone on 31 March 2026 (Tuesday). Please ensure the address and phone number are correctly filled out on the application form. If there are any changes to the information, please inform the school in advance.

6. Important Notes

(a) Regardless of whether the applications are submitted via the eSSPA or in paper Application Form, parents may apply to not more than two participating secondary schools. If they apply to more than two participating secondary schools for DP, the DP applications of applicants will be rendered void.

(b) Both applications submitted via the eSSPA and in paper Application Form have an equal chance of acceptance.

(c) If parents submit duplicate applications (i.e. submitting applications bearing the same application number to the same secondary school via both the eSSPA and in paper form), these applications will be regarded as one application only.

(d) Parents should not submit applications bearing the same application number to two different secondary schools via the eSSPA and in the paper form. Otherwise, the DP applications of applicants will be rendered void.

(e) Schools assume no responsibility for Application Forms sent by mail or submitted after the deadline.

(f) The applications cannot be retrieved or cancelled once submitted, regardless of whether they are submitted via the eSSPA or in paper Application Form, and no changes can be made to the order of school preferences.
