Collect the Application Form at the General Office on 1/F of our school, or

download the Application Form here

Submit the Application Form in person, with the following documents:

• a copy of the applicant’s HKID card

• copies of school reports of the current year and the past year

• copies of certificates and awards

• recommendation letters, if any

Eligible applicants will be contacted by phone for details about the interview.
