Our school recently took part in the 28th Hong Kong Student Science Project Competition, one of the most recognized STEAM contests organized by the Education Bureau, the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, and the Hong Kong Science Museum. Our students performed brilliantly, winning two awards:
Senior Secondary Invention Category — Merit Award
Participants: 5A Wong Shun Wang Viol, 5B Ng Cheuk Ham, 5C Yuen Pak Hei, 5D So Ho Chun
Invention: 尋跡之柱 2.0 — an AI-based solution to prevent secondary accidents caused by rear-end collisions after highway vehicle breakdowns.
Their team was specially selected by the organizers as one of only two groups for an exclusive visit by Guest of Honour, Secretary for Education Ms. Choi Yuk-lin, showing strong recognition of their work.
