Our school recently participated in one of Hong Kong′s most recognized STEAM competitions, the 27th Hong Kong Student Science Project Competition, demonstrating excellent performance and winning two awards:
Award: Senior Division Invention Category – Most Potential Award
Participating Students: 4A Wong Shun Wang Viol, 4B Ng Cheuk Ham, 4C Yuen Pak Hei, 4D So Ho Chun
Invention: 尋跡之柱 (designed to solve secondary accidents caused by vehicles breaking down or stopping in the center of highways).
Award: Science Poster Category– Second Prize
Participating Student: 4A Tang Nok Yi
Theme: rare diseases (Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva FOP)
Additionally, in March, student 2B Chen Ka Yun won an Excellence Award in the Science Fiction Drawing category of the Hong Kong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition.
This marks a milestone in our school′s scientific development, and we hope they continue to carry on the spirit of scientific inquiry and achieve further success.
