Their performances were brilliant and they defeated their opponent by 3:0.<\/p>\n<p>Motion: There are more pros than cons of having local officials and officials on the Mainland taken up temporary positions for exchanges.<\/p>\n<p>The Affirmative Team:\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ng Yuk Secondary School<\/p>\n<p>The Opposition Team:\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Fanling Rhenish Church Secondary School<\/p>\n<p>The Best Debater Award:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Wong Ho Ching from 4C<\/p>\n<p>The Best Interrogative Debater Award:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Zhen Ying Yi from 4B<\/p>\n<p>Participating debaters:<\/p>\n<p>Captain: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Wong Ho Ching from 4C<\/p>\n<p>First Speaker:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Zhong Wai Lam from 5A<\/p>\n<p>Second Speaker:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Zhen Ying Yi from 4B<\/p>\n<p>This time the motion was related to the administrative system. During the preparation for the competition, both teachers and students had a better understanding of the \u201cOne Country, Two Systems\u201d and the Basic Law.
