Collaborative Inquiry and Flipped Classroom have been integrated into the curriculum of Economics. Cross-curriculum projects or community projects have been carried out to foster students\u2019 self-directed learning, to help them build a connection with the community, to enrich their understanding of life and to encourage them to put what they have learnt into practice.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3636\" Excellent Teacher Award in the \u201c2019 Excellent Teacher Election\u201d organized by Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers with her teaching design entitled \u201cDeveloping Mental Framework by
